The role

As a Word and PDF Document Specialist you will review, edit, format, and extract data from large, complex documents to support AI training and downstream workflows. You will manage tracked changes, comments, version control, dynamic forms and templates, and maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive files.

What you'll do day-to-day

You will apply advanced Word and PDF skills to prepare high-quality documents for annotation and model training. Tasks focus on accuracy, consistent formatting, and clear version history so downstream reviewers and models can rely on clean inputs.

  • Review, edit, and format Word and PDF documents to professional standards
  • Manage tracked changes, inline comments, and version control across large files
  • Create, edit, and populate dynamic forms and document templates
  • Extract and consolidate information from complex documents with precision
  • Support workflows for legal, regulatory, and compliance-heavy projects
  • Train stakeholders on advanced Word and PDF best practices

Requirements

You must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential materials in regulated environments. The role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and demonstrable experience with advanced document workflows.

  • 3+ years of intensive professional experience with Word and PDF tools
  • Advanced proficiency with formatting, markup, reviews, and tracked changes
