The role
As a Word and PDF Document Specialist you will review, edit, format, and extract data from large, complex documents to support AI training and downstream workflows. You will manage tracked changes, comments, version control, dynamic forms and templates, and maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive files.

Requirements

3+ years of intensive professional experience with Word and PDF tools
Advanced proficiency with formatting, markup, reviews, and tracked changes
