Visual Design Professional for AI Evaluation

You will help improve large language models, which are AI systems that generate and respond to text. Your work will focus on visual design, brand communication, visual storytelling, and explaining business concepts clearly.

Assignments are remote and asynchronous. You will work independently as project assignments become available, using your professional design judgment to assess and improve AI-generated explanations.

• Create prompts and other inputs about visual design, brand communication, and visual storytelling.
• Evaluate AI responses for quality, relevance, and how effectively they communicate business concepts.
• Research design topics with help from AI.
• Identify ways to improve AI-generated visual explanations.
• Work independently with distributed teams and AI research partners.

What it pays and takes

This is part-time contract work in the United States. The program operates year-round, while specific assignments depend on your design specialization and project availability.

• Pay: Up to $120 per hour.
• Time: 20 or more hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
• Language: Fluent English.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience: At least two years of professional design experience.
• Professional background: Brand designer, product designer, digital designer, visual designer, creative director, or art director experience.
• Portfolio: A portfolio showing your visual design work.
• Skills: Strong creative judgment for visualizing and explaining business concepts.
• Work style: Ability to work independently and asynchronously.
