The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Vietnamese LLM Prompt Evaluation Specialist to create and assess prompts for advanced AI systems. You will design evaluation tasks using business documents, structured data, and other source materials, then review generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.

This opportunity is categorized as entry level and requires a master's degree or higher, at least three years of professional experience, advanced Vietnamese proficiency, and strong English communication and comprehension.

What You'll Do

You will create clear, accurate prompts and realistic examples that test how well LLM-based systems handle different types of information and instructions. You will also evaluate responses using detailed project guidelines and apply consistent judgment when identifying quality issues.

• Develop high-quality prompts for LLM-based systems
• Design tasks that test information retrieval, reasoning, calculations, and instruction following
• Evaluate AI-generated responses against defined criteria
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and other quality issues
• Use business documents, structured data, and related source materials
• Follow project guidelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Requirements

This role requires advanced or native-level Vietnamese proficiency for precise prompt creation and response evaluation, as well as strong English communication and comprehension for interpreting project guidelines. You should be comfortable solving complex, multi-step problems and applying careful analytical judgment.

Experience with large language models, prompt engineering, AI training or evaluation, human feedback, data annotation, generative AI, content quality, or model evaluation is preferred. Background in film studies, cinematography, media production, or content across different genres may also be helpful.
