About OpenTrain
OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. We connect people with projects that teach AI systems how to understand language, audio, images, and video.
This listing is for contributors who want flexible, remote work helping shape real AI systems. Creating an OpenTrain account is free and used to apply and manage projects.
Why AI training matters
AI training (data labeling/annotation) is the human side of building intelligent systems. Your careful annotations and quality checks directly influence how models transcribe and understand spoken language, and many projects welcome contributors with no prior industry experience.
Work is often remote and flexible, making it a strong option for part-time work or adding to your existing schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI.
The role
We are hiring Slovak video content annotators for a short test project with potential to continue for high-quality contributors. You will review video transcripts and assess transcription accuracy, identifying errors and indicating their severity.
- Work type: Contractor, part-time
- Location: Must be based in Slovakia and a native-level speaker of Slovak
- Data: Video files; primary label type: audio recording
- (project-specific tool provided)
What you'll do
Your primary task is to read and review transcripts of video content and determine whether each transcript contains major, minor, or no errors. When you find issues, you will describe the problem and provide the relevant timestamp(s) and a severity label.
- Assess transcripts and mark each as: major error, minor error, or no error
- Provide concise descriptions of identified issues in Slovak
- Attach timestamps showing where errors occur within the video
- Follow project guidelines for labeling and severity definitions
Requirements
All substantive requirements come from the project brief and must be met to apply.
- Native-level Slovak speaker (required)
- 2–3 years of experience in video and audio annotation (intermediate level)
- Strong Slovak writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately within project guidelines and provide clear timestamps
Compensation & time commitment

- Pay: USD 9.00 per hour (PAY_PER_HOUR)
- Expected time: Less than 20 hours per week
