The role

You will document Vectorworks workflows from real architectural, spatial, or design projects and use professional judgment to review and rate AI-generated outputs against industry standards.

• Type: Contract, Part-time
• Time: 20+ hours per week
• Pay: USD $19–$100 per hour (posted maximum $100/hr)
• Work style: Fully remote; independent, self-directed collaboration
• Data type: Text-based documentation and evaluation; label type: evaluation/rating

What you'll do

This is a project-based assignment focused on collecting and validating real-world design workflows and assessing AI outputs for accuracy and professional quality.

• Share practical Vectorworks workflows drawn from architectural, spatial, or design projects.
• Demonstrate file organization strategies, class and layer management, and iterative design methods.
• Explain design decisions, rationale, and technical problem-solving in clear written and verbal form.
• Review AI-generated outputs and validate them against professional design standards.
• Provide constructive feedback and ratings that represent accurate real-world workflows for AI training and evaluation.

Requirements

Candidates must show hands-on experience and the ability to document and communicate professional workflows clearly.

• Extensive hands-on Vectorworks experience in architectural, spatial, or design projects.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM workflows.
• Ability to structure files, manage classes and layers, and iterate on design concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication for documenting complex technical workflows.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented work style suited to independent remote collaboration.
• Language: English required.

• Experience supporting AI, ML, or data-driven projects in design or architecture.
• Technical writing or educational content creation for design software.
