The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Training and Onboarding AI Work Product Evaluator to assess AI-generated materials used in training, onboarding, and learning and development contexts. You will judge whether each work product is accurate, rigorous, well-structured, visually effective, and suitable for its intended purpose.

You will evaluate AI-generated training, onboarding, and learning and development artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics. Reviews will cover both substantive content and the effectiveness of each material’s presentation.
Your assessments should apply informed judgment consistently and explain findings clearly. Feedback should identify meaningful improvements rather than simply describe whether an artifact meets expectations.

Requirements
You should bring substantial professional experience in training, onboarding, or learning and development, as well as the ability to evaluate written and visual materials against defined quality standards. Native or professional English fluency is required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is essential, especially Google Slides or PowerPoint. An advanced degree at the master’s level or higher is preferred.
