You will assess how well AI systems create product and business documentation. The work includes reviewing specifications, release notes, user-facing copy, stakeholder updates, and similar product content.
You will work virtually and asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to support consistent evaluation quality. The role focuses on written analysis, not product roadmap ownership, delivery management, sprint facilitation, or program governance.
- Assess and compare AI-generated responses to product and documentation prompts.
- Score responses for clarity, tone, instruction adherence, usefulness, and audience fit.
- Write detailed rationales explaining the basis for each assessment.
- Identify fluent responses that do not answer the question or are unsuitable for users.
- Find factual inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and content that misses or exceeds prompt constraints.
- Provide actionable written feedback on technical and user-facing documentation.
