The role
You will evaluate AI-generated Telugu responses and produce clear English evaluation notes. Assessments should be grounded in factual accuracy, reasoning quality, clarity, tone, and completeness, and should help maintain alignment between model outputs and expected conversational behavior.

What you'll do day to day
You will read model prompts and Telugu responses, compare alternative outputs when provided, and write concise English evaluations explaining strengths and weaknesses. Your notes should be actionable and evidence-based so they can be used to improve model behavior.
Review Telugu model responses for factual accuracy, reasoning errors, clarity, tone, and completeness.
Compare multiple responses to identify relative strengths and areas for improvement.
Write clear, consistent English evaluation notes grounded in specific evidence.
Follow project guidelines and use structured rubrics to produce reliable ratings and qualitative feedback.
Requirements
You must meet the listed qualifications to be considered. We will rely on these skills to ensure high-quality, consistent evaluations.
Native Telugu fluency and excellent comprehension of written Telugu.
Strong English writing skills—able to explain judgments clearly in English.
Significant experience using large language models and comfort with common LLM behaviors and failure modes.
Bachelor's degree.
Strong attention to detail and comfort with nuanced qualitative judgment.
Background in structured analytical thinking such as research, policy, analytics, linguistics, or engineering.
Preferred experience
These qualifications are not required but will make you especially competitive for the role.
Prior RLHF, model evaluation, or data annotation experience.
Experience writing or editing high-quality content and comparing multiple outputs.
Familiarity with evaluation rubrics and producing consistent ratings.
