AI Trainer for Telemarketers and Response Reviewer

Use your telephone sales and outreach experience to help assess and improve AI-generated content for customer communication. You will write realistic prompts, review model responses, and give clear feedback.

• Create prompts for sales conversations, customer interactions, and outreach scenarios.
• Review AI responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and fit with professional telemarketing practices.
• Assess responses about customer information, products, pricing, prospect reactions, follow-ups, appointments, and market surveys.
• Identify when a response misses a customer's needs or the purpose of an outreach task.

Pay, schedule, and requirements

• Pay: Up to $60 per hour, depending on the project.
• Schedule: Temporary, project-based work with flexible hours; the time requirement is 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in the United States. The work is remote and asynchronous.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Experience: At least four years in telemarketing or related telephone sales and outreach work.
• Bring practical experience explaining products or services, answering customer questions, adapting sales scripts, maintaining customer or order records, and following up with prospects.
• Be able to provide clear, structured feedback and work independently. Prior AI experience is not required.
• Experience scheduling appointments, conducting client or market surveys, requesting donations, handling customer correspondence, working with prospect lists, or tailoring outreach is helpful.
• F-1 students with eligible CPT or OPT authorization may be able to participate, subject to their school's and work-authorization requirements.
