Records Manager AI Training Evaluator

Use your records-management expertise to help evaluate AI-generated content and improve how models handle professional tasks and language.

• Write prompts based on real records-management and archival work.
• Review AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and alignment with professional practices.
• Assess content about classification systems, archival databases, reference services, historical-document appraisal, cataloguing, preservation, and collection development.
• Explain your decisions in clear, structured feedback.
• Work independently in an asynchronous setting.

Pay and requirements

• Pay: Up to $75 per hour, depending on the project.
• Hours: 20 or more hours per week; work is remote, flexible, and asynchronous.
• Location: Open to candidates in the United States.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Relevant experience in records management, archival work, information management, collections management, or librarianship.
• Practical experience organizing and retrieving archival records, maintaining classification systems, or managing records databases.
• Familiarity with reference services, historical-document authentication or appraisal, cataloguing, preservation, or collection development.
• Strong written communication and the ability to explain professional judgments clearly. Prior AI experience is not required.
• Experience directing cataloguing or preservation work, coordinating educational programs, researching and acquiring archival materials, or managing collections is relevant.
