The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Technology Management Project Leadership Expert to provide practical expertise for AI models working with technology management scenarios. You will lead a focused technology initiative, coordinate external vendors, evaluate progress against service-level agreements, and translate project developments into clear stakeholder updates.

What You'll Do

You will manage the initiative from planning through delivery while contributing informed feedback that helps improve AI models. The role requires strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to make sound decisions in complex project environments.

  • Develop comprehensive technology initiative plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate external vendors and oversee deliverables against established service-level agreements
  • Guide project participants, support collaboration, and resolve conflicts that may affect delivery
  • Monitor progress, identify risks early, and facilitate timely decisions
  • Prepare concise written and verbal reports covering status, risks, outcomes, and vendor performance
  • Maintain quality standards and keep objectives within scope and constraints
  • Provide practical insights and feedback to improve AI models trained on technology management scenarios

Requirements

This role calls for substantial experience leading complex technology initiatives and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
