The Role

OpenTrain AI is recruiting a Management Consulting AI Training Expert to support AI training projects centered on Management Consulting Analysis. You will use your consulting or strategy experience to create and assess expert-level responses, explain your reasoning, and maintain consistent quality across repeated review tasks.

Prior AI training experience is not required unless stated elsewhere in the project requirements. Strong real-world knowledge of management consulting analysis is the central qualification.

• Employment type: Part-time contractor
• Schedule: 10–15 hours per week with minimum weekly task submissions
• Pay: $60–$120 per hour
• Estimated project earnings: $7,200–$14,400 based on the schedule and duration shown on OpenTrain
• Work location: Worldwide and fully remote
• Working language: English

What You'll Do

You will contribute careful analysis and written feedback to document-based AI training tasks. Success in this role requires clear reasoning, strong synthesis, and reliable application of detailed project rubrics.

• Write or improve expert responses to business problem briefs
• Explain your reasoning clearly and concisely
• Review source materials and model outputs against project guidelines
• Explain judgments so feedback can improve model behavior
• Maintain consistency and quality across repeated review tasks
• Work independently on remote contractor assignments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a management consultant or strategy analyst
