The Role
As an Enterprise GTM AI Evaluation Expert, you will design evaluation tasks that train AI systems on Fortune 500 sales and marketing judgment. You will create realistic enterprise scenarios, draft reference outputs, and author rubrics that capture how senior operators evaluate go-to-market decisions.

What You'll Do
You will translate practical enterprise GTM experience into structured AI training and evaluation materials. Your work will cover complex buying environments, marketing strategy, revenue operations, and the judgment required to operate within Fortune 500 organizations.
Construct enterprise sales scenarios involving $1M+ ACV deals, multi-stakeholder buying committees, and complex procurement cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
Develop RevOps and GTM scenarios involving Salesforce Enterprise, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach in Fortune 500 technology stacks.
Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management methodologies to produce reference deal strategies, account plans, and executive narratives.
Author rubrics that distinguish authentic enterprise GTM judgment from generic playbook recall.
Required Qualifications
You should bring direct experience operating in enterprise sales, marketing, or revenue operations. The work requires familiarity with how major organizations make commercial decisions, allocate budgets, manage procurement, and complete legal review.
5+ years selling, marketing, or running RevOps at a Fortune 500 enterprise software vendor or within a Fortune 500 brand or marketing organization.
Experience may include organizations such as Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, SAP, Workday, Microsoft, AWS, P&G, JPMorgan, Unilever, or PepsiCo.
Direct ownership of Fortune 500 accounts, Fortune 500 brand campaigns, or Fortune 500 demand programs.
Fluency in enterprise GTM tooling, including Salesforce Enterprise, Marketo, 6sense, Gong, and Outreach.
Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies including MEDDIC, Challenger, and Force Management.
Understanding of Fortune 500 budgets, procurement processes, and legal review.
Helpful Background
Experience turning expert knowledge into structured guidance will be valuable in this role. Prior work creating evaluation criteria or training materials can help you articulate the difference between surface-level answers and genuinely senior GTM judgment.
