The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a strategy consulting specialist to create professional documents and deliverables that reflect real consulting practice. Your work will also support the development of tasks and rubrics used to train and evaluate frontier AI models.

This is a short, intensive, fully remote project for a professional residing in the United Kingdom and working with a UK business-hours rhythm. The engagement is part-time contractor work requiring 20 or more hours per week.

• Pay: $140 to $200 per hour

What You’ll Do

You will draw on professional consulting judgment to produce clear, credible materials and structure complex work for AI training and evaluation. Assignments may involve hands-on delivery, documenting your work, or organizing consulting outputs according to the needs of the project.

You will collaborate with experts from other domains on shared work and contribute materials that help build effective tasks and rubrics for frontier AI models.

Required Experience And Skills

• Strategy consulting experience as a Partner, Engagement Manager, Associate, or Consultant
• Experience producing professional consulting documents and deliverables
• Experience with target operating models or organisational redesign
• Ability to apply professional judgment
• Ability to structure complex consulting work clearly
• Professional fluency in English
• Residence in the United Kingdom and the right to work there
