About Audio AI Training
AI training is the human work behind modern artificial intelligence. For speech systems, contributors record or review audio, assess pronunciation and fluency, and explain how generated speech can sound more natural and intelligible.
Your linguistic judgments will help improve how an AI model speaks Dutch in the Netherlands, including its accent, pronunciation, and speech patterns.

The Role
As a Dutch Speech and Accent Evaluator, you will interact with an AI model in Dutch by providing audio prompts and evaluating its spoken responses. You will assess accent, fluency, and pronunciation, identify errors or unnatural speech patterns, and provide constructive, structured feedback.
Candidates must currently live in the Netherlands so they can evaluate Dutch as used locally and recognize relevant pronunciation, accent, and linguistic nuances. English is also listed as a project language.

What You'll Do
You will review AI-generated Dutch audio and determine whether it sounds accurate, fluent, natural, and intelligible. Your feedback should be clear enough to guide improvements across multiple model responses.
The project may require repeated iterations until a response reaches a perfect 7 out of 7 rating for accent and fluency. You will explain how you would prioritize improvements during each iteration.

Requirements
You must have at least two years of experience using Dutch in daily communication, whether personally or professionally, and you must currently be based in the Netherlands. Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain speech observations clearly are essential.
A background in linguistics, phonetics, speech analysis, or language teaching is helpful but not required. The role is listed at entry level, making it suitable for candidates with strong Dutch language knowledge who can evaluate speech carefully.
