About AI training and why this work matters
AI training (also called data labeling or annotation) is the human work that teaches models how to understand language and sound. Contributors correct transcriptions, tag metadata, and apply linguistic rules so models produce more accurate, natural output.
This kind of work is remote, flexible, and accessible: many projects accept contributors without prior specialist experience if you have language fluency and attention to detail.
The role

This is a contractor, part-time role. Expected baseline availability is 20+ hours per week. Pay is listed as $10–$20 per hour (hourly rate posted: $20/hr). Work is 100% remote and independent.
