What You'll Do
You will build structured environments that make AI coding performance measurable and repeatable. Each environment must follow project specifications, include appropriate reference solutions, and be documented clearly enough for accurate assessment.
Design and build reinforcement learning environments for software engineering evaluation
Create reproducible environments for code fixing, feature creation, refactoring, and optimization tasks
Develop golden reference solutions for evaluating AI-generated code
Ensure each environment meets project specifications and requirements
Document every environment thoroughly
Support accurate assessment of AI model responses
Requirements
You should have advanced proficiency in at least one of the listed programming languages and a deep understanding of core software engineering concepts. Strong debugging, development, refactoring, optimization, communication, and collaboration skills are required.
Advanced proficiency in C++, Python, Java, Go, TypeScript, or Rust
Deep understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning
Experience debugging complex software issues
Ability to deliver maintainable software solutions
Strong background in feature development and codebase refactoring
Proven ability to optimize software for performance and scalability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail
