The Software Engineer Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking expert Software Engineers to create reinforcement learning environments that test an AI model’s ability to solve complex software engineering problems. You will develop reproducible environments and golden reference solutions for tasks involving bug fixes, feature implementation, code refactoring, and performance optimization.

The role is designed for experienced engineers who can apply strong programming and problem-solving judgment. Previous AI experience is not required, but software engineering and AI model training subject matter expertise are expected.

What You’ll Do

Required Expertise
