What You'll Do
You will make consistent, evidence-based assessments of AI-generated technical communication and explain the reasoning behind each judgment. The work requires close attention to both technical accuracy and how effectively information is communicated to its intended audience.
- Evaluate and compare multiple AI-generated responses to technical prompts.
- Score responses for correctness, clarity, tone, usefulness, and audience suitability.
- Write detailed rationales that explain assessments and identify meaningful evidence.
- Distinguish technically accurate responses that communicate poorly from fluent responses containing factual errors.
- Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, misleading statements, and instructional weaknesses.
- Document observations precisely and consistently across evaluation tasks.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and reviewers to maintain evaluation standards.
- Work independently to complete agreed deliverables within defined timeframes.
Required Qualifications

- Professional experience as a software engineer using a modern technology stack.
- Native-level English fluency and exceptional written communication.
