The Senior AI Trainer Role

As a Senior AI Trainer, you will review robotic-arm task videos and create structured annotations that capture what happens in the footage. You will identify actions, transitions, and outcomes, then apply grading guidelines to produce accurate data for robotics AI training and task understanding.

This expert-level contractor role is suited to someone who can work independently, resolve ambiguous cases thoughtfully, and maintain consistent standards across a substantial video annotation project.

What You'll Do

You will transform robotic-arm task footage into precise, reviewable training data. The work combines detailed video analysis, timeline-based annotation, quality control, and ongoing collaboration on annotation guidelines.

• Review videos of robotic-arm tasks
• Identify actions, transitions, and task outcomes
• Mark precise start and end timestamps
• Apply grading guidelines to create structured annotations
• Verify that annotations align accurately with the footage
• Correct inconsistencies in completed annotations
• Submit datasets through annotation platforms
• Collaborate on refinement of annotation guidelines
• Participate in ongoing quality reviews
• Resolve ambiguous annotation cases using analytical judgment
• Provide timely progress updates while working independently

Requirements and Preferred Experience
