About AI Training and Video Annotation

The Senior AI Trainer Role

As a Senior AI Trainer, you will review video footage of robotic arms and create detailed, accurate annotations. You will identify key actions and outcomes, segment events precisely, and apply grading guidelines consistently across video sessions.

The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable independent work, and comfort communicating with project trainers and other contributors in English. The listed experience level is entry level, while prior video annotation, data labeling, robotics, or AI training experience is preferred.

What You'll Do

You will work with timeline-based video annotation workflows to turn robotic task footage into structured, high-quality training data. Your work will include reviewing, tagging, checking, and refining annotations according to project standards and milestones.

• Review footage of robotic arms executing assigned tasks.
• Identify and tag key actions, transitions, and outcomes.
• Apply detailed grading guidelines to visual data.
• Mark precise start and end timestamps for important events.
• Create frame-accurate segmentation for each video session.
• Verify timestamp alignment and correct annotation drift or inconsistencies.
• Use video annotation tools and platforms to record findings and submit datasets.
• Collaborate with trainers and contributors to resolve ambiguities and refine guidelines.
• Participate in quality reviews and incorporate feedback.

Requirements and Preferred Experience

Success in this role depends on accuracy, analytical thinking, and the ability to organize your own work remotely. You should be comfortable reviewing visual data carefully, communicating progress and challenges, and resolving annotation issues proactively.
