AI training (also called data labeling or human-feedback work) is the human side of building modern AI: people prepare, review, and explain examples so models learn to reason, summarize, and answer questions correctly.

Many projects are fully remote and flexible; they suit people who want part-time work with clear tasks. This role focuses on text analysis, reasoning, and evaluation to shape how language models respond in Russian and English.

The role

As a Russian Language AI Analyst you'll read long-form content, break it into smaller logical blocks, validate factual claims with online research, and produce clear answers and explanations so models can learn from high-quality human reasoning.

This is an entry-level contractor, part-time role with a typical commitment of 20+ hours per week. Work is remote and you must be comfortable working independently and communicating clearly in English and Russian.

• Data type: TEXT; core tasks include TEXT_SUMMARIZATION, QUESTION_ANSWERING, and EVALUATION_RATING.

What you'll do day to day

You will transform long-form content into concise, logically organized summaries, research and check claims using reliable online sources, solve scenario-based and puzzle-like prompts, and provide detailed annotations and feedback on model outputs.

• Read and summarize long texts into clear, smaller logical blocks.
• Validate facts and claims through online research before responding.
• Answer challenging questions and create scenarios that test model reasoning.
• Provide explanations and step-by-step reasoning to accompany answers.
• Rate and annotate model responses to improve future outputs.

Requirements

We preserve the role requirements exactly: candidates must have strong reading and writing ability in English and Russian, good research and analytical skills, and experience giving constructive feedback and detailed annotations. Comfort with independent remote work and strong communication is essential.

• Fluent reading and writing comprehension in Russian and English.
• Ability to summarize long-form text into clear logical blocks.
• Experience validating claims via online research and citing evidence.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and basic arithmetic.
• Experience writing, editing, or providing structured feedback.
• Comfort using Excel and Google Suite is preferred.

Helpful background

You don't need a specific degree to apply, but the following backgrounds are especially helpful and often seen in successful contributors: business analysis, research, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, translation, or related undergraduate study.

• Professional writing or editorial experience (business analysis, journalism, technical writing).
• Undergraduate study in engineering, literature, communications, statistics, or related fields.
• Experience interpreting data and explaining reasoning in clear written form.
