The work
You will support hands-on robot operations in a commercial environment. The work combines robot deployment, monitoring, maintenance, safety procedures, and detailed reporting for robotics system improvements.
- Deploy and operate robots while supporting reliable uptime and performance.
- Watch repetitive robot tasks and identify bugs, hardware failures, and other issues.
- Record incidents and technical observations in Jira for engineering review.
- Follow robot bring-up and shutdown procedures, including hardware and teleoperation safety protocols.
- Keep equipment and work areas organized for safe, efficient operations.
- Write and give clear reports about system status, incidents, and possible improvements.
- Adapt to changing procedures and suggest improvements based on hands-on experience.
