• Write clear, structured feedback to help improve AI model performance.

What it pays and takes

• Pay: Up to $47 per hour.
• Hours: 20+ hours per week. This is ongoing, project-based work that can be done alongside another role.
• Location: Open to candidates in India.
• Language: Fluent in English.
• Required: Demonstrated experience shipping real robotic systems or publishing robotics research.
• Required: An MS or PhD in robotics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or computer science with a robotics focus, or senior industry robotics experience without an advanced degree.
• Required: Depth in ROS or ROS2 and at least one of control theory, motion planning, kinematics and dynamics, sensor fusion, SLAM, or robotics simulation.
• Required: Clear written communication and close attention to technical detail.
• Helpful: Experience with MuJoCo, Gazebo, or Isaac Sim, production robotics deployments, or publications in robotics venues.
