The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Robotic Arm Video Annotation Specialist to review footage of robotic arms completing procedures. You will apply structured annotations, grade sessions, and document observations so AI systems can learn from reliable human feedback.

This entry-level opportunity is suited to people with strong attention to detail, clear written communication, and an interest in robotics, advanced technologies, or AI-driven projects.

• Review videos of robotic arms completing specific tasks
• Identify key actions, behaviors, and outcomes in video footage
• Grade and tag sessions using detailed project guidelines

What You'll Do

You will follow project instructions to evaluate each video session consistently and explain your decisions clearly. You will also work with project trainers and other contractors to support quality across completed annotations.

The role includes organizing deliverables, meeting requested submission timeframes, and sharing feedback that can improve annotation guidance and project processes.

Requirements and Relevant Backgrounds

You should be comfortable following detailed instructions while working independently with a remote team. Familiarity with digital content review, video annotation, or data-labeling tools is valuable.

Relevant backgrounds may include UX/UI or web design, video or audiovisual production, photography, filmmaking, robotics, and mechanical or electronics engineering. The role requires the ability to identify robotic-arm actions, behaviors, and outcomes in recorded footage.
