The Role

OpenTrain is recruiting a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to create and calibrate expert tasks for advanced AI agents. You will transform practical RevOps and SalesOps situations into structured tasks involving CRM, order, email, and chat information, then establish objective standards for evaluating the resulting answers.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract role for professionals based in Amsterdam and across the Netherlands. The expected time commitment is 20 or more hours per week, with compensation of $20-$50 per hour.

What You'll Do

You will design realistic tasks that reflect the complexity of human enterprise revenue workflows. Each task must be solvable, appropriately challenging, and supported by clear criteria for judging AI performance.

• Author prompts involving bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment status, and recognized revenue
• Write precise, objective, and verifiable scoring rubrics
• Configure task environments that reflect the business systems used in enterprise workflows
• Solve each task yourself to validate its soundness and confirm rubric accuracy
• Test tasks against AI models and calibrate their difficulty
• Adjust task complexity, ambiguity, or required steps when needed
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts or rubrics when provided

Required Experience and Skills

This role requires hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function at an industrial or enterprise company. You should be comfortable applying professional judgment to complex workflows and expressing that judgment as standards that can be evaluated consistently.

• Hands-on RevOps or SalesOps experience in an industrial or enterprise environment
• Familiarity with bookings, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition concepts
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
• Ability to query and interpret account and bookings data
• Comfort working across communication tools, dashboards, and multi-system workflows
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to create precise, objective, and verifiable evaluation criteria

Helpful Background

Experience training or evaluating AI tools in a sales or revenue context is helpful. A background in enterprise B2B environments with complex deal structures is also valuable.
