The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Revenue Operations AI Task Author to design and calibrate expert tasks for advanced AI agents. You will turn realistic revenue operations scenarios into challenging, objectively gradable exercises involving account data, bookings, fulfillment, recognized revenue, and discrepancies across business systems.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract for an individual freelancer. The opportunity is categorized as entry level, but it requires hands-on revenue operations, sales operations, or closely related experience in an industrial or enterprise setting.

• Contractor and part-time work arrangement
• 20 or more hours per week
• Fully remote from Singapore
• English-language work
• Pay of $20 to $50 per hour

What You’ll Do

You will create task content that reflects the systems, communications, and decisions found in enterprise revenue workflows. You will also solve and test your own tasks to confirm that they are sound, appropriately difficult, and graded consistently.

• Author prompts involving bookings reconciliation, account discrepancies, fulfillment pipelines, and recognized revenue
• Write scoring rubrics with precise, verifiable standards for correct answers
• Configure task environments that reflect enterprise systems and communications
• Solve tasks yourself to validate their logic and rubric accuracy
• Test tasks against AI models and calibrate complexity, ambiguity, and required steps
• Review and correct AI-drafted prompts and rubrics when needed
• Iteratively refine task quality through practical testing

Required Experience And Skills

You should bring practical experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a closely related function within an industrial or enterprise setting. The work requires both business judgment and the ability to convert that judgment into clear, objectively testable instructions for AI systems.

• Hands-on revenue operations or sales operations experience
• Understanding of bookings reconciliation, fulfillment pipelines, and revenue recognition
• Experience querying and interpreting CRM, account, and bookings data
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce
• Ability to define precise correctness criteria instead of relying only on subjective judgment
• Comfort working across email, chat, dashboards, and multi-system workflows
• Ability to test, assess, and refine task difficulty and quality

Helpful Background

Experience training or evaluating AI tools in sales or revenue contexts would be useful. Enterprise B2B experience involving complex deal structures in the Asia-Pacific market is also valuable.
