The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analytics AI Evaluation Expert to assess AI-generated revenue cycle analytics outputs, KPI dashboards, and financial models. You will help improve AI systems intended to deliver actionable insights across the full healthcare revenue cycle.

This is a part-time contractor role for candidates in the United States, requiring 20+ hours per week. The rate is $100 USD per hour, and the working language is English.

What You'll Do

You will combine revenue cycle analytics leadership with careful evaluation of AI-generated analysis. Your feedback will support AI training datasets and help identify whether outputs are accurate, complete, consistent, and operationally useful.

• Lead revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and decision-support functions to drive data-informed performance improvement across RCM operations.
• Evaluate AI-generated revenue cycle analytics outputs, KPI dashboards, and financial modeling recommendations for accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks covering patient access, coding, billing, denials, accounts receivable, and collections performance.
• Build and interpret dashboards, scorecards, and trend analyses for operational and executive decision-making.
• Conduct root cause analyses of revenue cycle performance variances and develop data-driven improvement recommendations.
• Manage RCM data governance, including data definitions, data quality standards, and reporting consistency.
• Support revenue cycle forecasting, budget modeling, and net revenue realization analysis.
• Annotate AI outputs and provide structured analytical feedback for AI training datasets.

Required Qualifications

This expert-level role requires substantial experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics and the ability to recognize analytical errors, data quality issues, and incomplete recommendations in AI-generated outputs.

• At least 5 years of experience in revenue cycle analytics, RCM reporting, or healthcare financial decision-support.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within revenue cycle management.
• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle KPIs and financial metrics across patient access, coding, billing, denials, and collections.
• Proficiency with healthcare analytics platforms, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with SQL-based data analysis.
• Experience with EHR-integrated analytics platforms and RCM reporting systems.
• Strong financial modeling and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• High attention to detail when identifying data quality issues and analytical errors in AI-generated outputs.
