The Role

OpenTrain is seeking a Quartus II FPGA Application Screenshot Specialist for a specialized data-collection project. You will operate Quartus II, an Intel and Altera FPGA and CPLD design application, on a Windows PC that you provide and capture high-resolution screenshots of the application environment.

This is remote contractor work with an expected commitment of 40 hours per week. The role is listed as part-time and requires a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

What You'll Do

You will use Quartus II on your own Windows PC and produce screenshots that meet the project's technical display requirements. Consistency, accuracy, and careful attention to image specifications are essential.

• Operate Quartus II on a Windows PC that you provide
• Capture high-resolution screenshots of the Quartus II application environment
• Use either a qualifying high-resolution single display or two side-by-side monitors captured as one spanning image
• Ensure every screenshot exceeds 2.5 megapixels
• Follow the applicable display and screenshot requirements consistently

Requirements

This project requires practical experience with FPGA and digital hardware design, as well as familiarity with Quartus II and Intel or Altera FPGA and CPLD design applications. You must already have access to the required software and equipment.

• Hands-on FPGA and digital hardware design experience
• Practical experience using Quartus II for Intel or Altera FPGA and CPLD design
• Existing access to Quartus II on a Windows PC
• Your own Windows PC, software access, hardware, and qualifying monitor setup
• Ability to produce screenshots exceeding 2.5 megapixels
• A qualifying single-monitor or dual-monitor configuration
• Careful attention to technical requirements and consistent execution
