AI Training Language Expert (Punjabi)

You will help improve AI-generated Punjabi content across general knowledge, customer support, education, and conversational writing. The work includes reviewing responses, rewriting them, fact-checking claims, and comparing multiple answers.

You will give clear judgments about language quality and help identify unsafe, misleading, or policy-risk content.

• Review Punjabi responses for meaning, grammar, spelling, tone, register, and cultural fit.
• Find mistranslations, unclear wording, awkward literal phrasing, unsupported claims, and gaps in logic.
• Write polished Punjabi rewrites, prompts, and reference answers for common use cases.
• Rate and compare AI outputs for correctness, fluency, structure, safety, and overall quality.

What it pays and takes

This is a remote, part-time contractor role for an intermediate-level language expert. You should be comfortable adapting Punjabi for formal, informal, and audience-specific settings.

• Pay: $15 per hour.
• Time: 20+ hours per week.
• Location: Open to candidates in Canada, India, and Pakistan.
• Language: Fluent Punjabi reading and writing, plus strong professional English for written feedback.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 3 or more years in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language work.
• Skills: Strong Punjabi grammar, spelling, punctuation, tone, and style knowledge.
• Script: Comfort using Gurmukhi and/or Shahmukhi.
• Preferred: Experience with AI data training, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation.
