Although the AI training work is classified as entry level, professional experience as a public safety dispatcher or coordinator is required.

What You'll Do

You will use practical judgment from emergency and public safety environments to create accurate, consistent training input. The work may involve reviewing incident scenarios, making prioritization decisions, documenting reasoning, and participating in feedback that improves training-data quality.

• Analyze incoming incident or service requests and determine priority levels using established criteria
• Route requests to appropriate resources or agencies through simulated radio, phone, or digital chat channels
• Manage multiple communication channels while keeping critical information accurate and timely
• Apply standardized operating procedures, checklists, and escalation protocols to scenario responses
• Document incident details, actions taken, and the rationale behind decisions for AI training datasets
• Share practical insights on workflow optimization and multi-channel coordination in public safety settings
• Participate in feedback reviews that improve the relevance and quality of training data

Requirements

This role is designed for professionals who understand public safety communications and can remain accurate and composed in fast-moving operational contexts. Your experience should come from dispatch or coordination work connected to emergency and public safety services.

• Professional experience as a public safety dispatcher or coordinator
• Background in one or more of 911, police, ambulance, emergency, or fire services
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests under pressure while maintaining composure and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for fast-moving operational contexts
• Familiarity with radio, telephone, and digital chat communication workflows
• Working knowledge of standardized procedures, checklists, escalation protocols, and incident documentation
• Ability to triage and prioritize simultaneous incident or service requests under pressure
• Accurate documentation of incident details, actions, and decision rationale
