What You'll Do
You will combine hands-on product leadership with careful evaluation and explanation of complex product scenarios. Your work will involve producing clear, evidence-based deliverables for varied audiences.
Analyze and synthesize complex product requirements into actionable documentation
Draft and review Product Requirements Documents, product specifications, and strategy memos
Evaluate roadmap prioritization decisions using structured reasoning and evidence-based analysis
Apply product discovery and trade-off analysis to scenario-based tasks
Produce concise written recommendations
Communicate product frameworks and decisions through well-structured, audience-tailored deliverables
Review product proposals for alignment with stakeholder objectives, user needs, and business goals
Assess product metrics and experimentation insights to support continuous improvement
Requirements
This role requires substantial practical product management experience and exceptional written communication. Candidates should be able to distill complex information, explain nuanced concepts, and make sound judgments across product scenarios.
At least three years of hands-on product management experience
Ownership of shipped products
A strong portfolio of PRDs, product specifications, strategy documents, or decision memos
Advanced analytical and synthesis skills
Proficiency in roadmap prioritization, product discovery, trade-off analysis, and stakeholder alignment
Ability to assess product metrics and experimentation insights using structured reasoning
Exceptional written English
Ability to explain nuanced product concepts clearly
Helpful Background
Experience with leading technology organizations or top academic programs is valued. Collaboration across distributed, global teams is also helpful for this specialized AI training work.
