The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Product Management AI Training Expert to support AI systems through realistic product management tasks and high-quality reference responses. You will work across PRDs, launch materials, roadmaps, executive communications, and strategy documents.
The role is designed for an experienced product manager who can recognize leadership-quality work, explain meaningful tradeoffs, and turn ambiguous business goals into clear product decisions. Prior AI training experience is not required.

What You'll Do
You will design and evaluate product management content that reflects authentic, high-impact workflows. Your work will help distinguish strong product thinking from incomplete, vague, or poorly prioritized AI-generated outputs.
Evaluate AI-generated product outputs for structure, tradeoffs, prioritization logic, and stakeholder communication
Build detailed rubrics that distinguish leadership-quality work from early drafts
Identify and annotate failure modes such as vague objectives, missing tradeoffs, and unclear prioritization
Map task designs to authentic product management workflows
Requirements
This opportunity requires substantial product management experience and strong written communication across both technical and executive audiences. The work calls for practical ownership of core product documents and the judgment to assess product decisions at a high standard.
At least four years of product management experience at a major technology company or comparable scale
Experience owning PRDs, launch documentation, roadmaps, and executive presentations
Ability to apply Jobs to Be Done, opportunity solution trees, and prioritization frameworks
Judgment in evaluating tradeoffs, prioritization, technical depth, and stakeholder clarity
Native-level written English across technical and executive audiences
Experience with product strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication
Preferred Background
The following experience is helpful but not required: a master's degree, MBA, or relevant technical degree; leading product launches; owning major product surfaces; and translating ambiguous business goals into clear product decisions.
