The Product Management Specialist Role

As a Product Management Specialist, you will support product development initiatives while contributing to AI training work. You will analyze complex information, create and review product documentation, assess strategic decisions, and explain product reasoning clearly for varied audiences.

What You'll Do

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires hands-on product management expertise and an exceptional ability to communicate nuanced product concepts in written English. Prior AI experience is not required; your domain knowledge is the foundation of the work.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on product management experience with ownership of shipped products.
• Experience producing high-quality PRDs, strategy documents, decision memos, or similar written deliverables.
• Advanced analytical and synthesis skills for distilling complex information.
• Proficiency in roadmap prioritization, product discovery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong knowledge of metrics and experimentation.
• Ability to perform trade-off analysis and write product strategy.
• Exceptional command of written English.

Compensation and Project Details
