The role

OpenTrain AI is hiring a Portuguese Marketing Document AI Specialist to create, review, and edit marketing presentations, reports, and spreadsheets used in AI training. This contractor, part-time role focuses on turning marketing ideas and data into clear, accurate, and visually compelling documents.

Tasks will be performed in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and include both content generation (text production) and evaluation/rating of materials for training purposes.

• Pay: hourly up to $55/hr (rates may vary by task; documented range $10–$55/hr)

What you'll do

• Create, review, and edit Portuguese marketing documents (presentations, reports, spreadsheets).
• Build polished slides, structured reports, and clean spreadsheets in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Evaluate materials for clarity, factual accuracy, and effectiveness for training use.
• Translate marketing ideas and raw data into organized, visually compelling deliverables.
• Provide constructive feedback and revisions to raise content quality for model training.
• Collaborate with the project team in Portuguese and English as needed.

Requirements

• Native-level Portuguese writing and speaking ability (required).
• Strong written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Professional experience creating marketing documents and assets.
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Portfolio of polished documents, presentations, or spreadsheets.
• Experience supporting Fortune 500 organizations (required).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to review materials for clarity and accuracy.
