The Role
As a Polish AI Safety Evaluation Expert, you will use native or near-native Polish fluency, business-level English, and strong written reasoning to assess how AI models respond to sensitive topics.
You will create expert-level Polish prompts, evaluate model conversations, classify content against structured guidelines, and explain the reasoning behind your judgments. Careful assessment of adversarial phrasing, escalation patterns, and dual-use risks is central to the work.

What You’ll Do
You will evaluate written model behavior with attention to both language and context. Your judgments should be clear, consistent, and grounded in the applicable evaluation guidelines.

Identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns
Recognize and assess dual-use risks
Document the reasoning behind content judgments clearly and consistently

Requirements
This is an entry-level opportunity, but it requires strong language ability and sound judgment. A bachelor's degree completed or in progress is required.
