The Role

As a Polish AI Safety Evaluation Expert, you will use native or near-native Polish fluency, business-level English, and strong written reasoning to assess how AI models respond to sensitive topics.

You will create expert-level Polish prompts, evaluate model conversations, classify content against structured guidelines, and explain the reasoning behind your judgments. Careful assessment of adversarial phrasing, escalation patterns, and dual-use risks is central to the work.

What You’ll Do

You will evaluate written model behavior with attention to both language and context. Your judgments should be clear, consistent, and grounded in the applicable evaluation guidelines.

• Write expert-level prompts in Polish across sensitive subject areas
• Classify prompts and conversations using structured evaluation guidelines
• Identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns
• Recognize and assess dual-use risks
• Document the reasoning behind content judgments clearly and consistently
• Apply Polish cultural context when evaluating model behavior

Requirements

This is an entry-level opportunity, but it requires strong language ability and sound judgment. A bachelor's degree completed or in progress is required.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

This is a remote, part-time contractor opportunity with a commitment of about 7 hours per week. Applicants based in Poland or elsewhere in Eastern Europe may be a strong fit, and applicants in other locations are welcome.

The compensation range is $40-$44 per hour.
