About AI Training Work
AI training is the human side of building modern artificial intelligence. People review, write, rate, and improve model outputs so AI systems learn to communicate more accurately, naturally, and usefully.
This is remote work in a fast-growing technology industry. Many contributors value the flexibility to choose work around other responsibilities while directly influencing how advanced AI systems behave.
