About this role
OpenTrain is recruiting for a Polish AI Safety Evaluation Expert to help improve how advanced AI models respond to sensitive topics. You will use bilingual language expertise and cultural judgment to create prompts, evaluate model conversations, classify content against structured guidelines, and identify adversarial phrasing and escalation patterns. Your written reasoning will help make safety judgments consistent and useful for model improvement.

What you will do
You will write expert-level prompts in Polish across sensitive subject areas. You will classify prompts and conversations using structured evaluation guidelines, identify adversarial wording and escalation patterns, and document the reasoning behind content judgments clearly and consistently. You will also apply Polish language fluency and cultural context when evaluating model behavior.

Required skills
You should have native or near-native fluency in Polish, business-level written English, strong written reasoning, and careful attention to detail. Sound judgment when working with sensitive and dual-use information is required. A bachelor's degree completed or in progress is required.

Helpful background
Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content is valuable. A background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing can help you assess difficult prompts and explain nuanced decisions.

Work arrangement and compensation
This is a remote, part-time contract opportunity with a commitment of about 7 hours per week. Applicants based in Poland or elsewhere in Eastern Europe may be a strong fit, and applicants in other locations are welcome. The rate is $40‑$44 per hour.
