The role
You will be a Personal Account Rater on a personalization evaluation project. Using your own Gmail account and email-history context, you will judge whether AI-generated responses are relevant, accurate, helpful, and properly personalized.
This is a remote contractor, part-time engagement with an expected duration of 3 to 4 months. OpenTrain AI hires and manages the contract for this project.
What you'll do
Work through prompts and AI responses presented in English and use your personal Gmail history to judge personalization and contextual accuracy. Provide clear, structured feedback following project guidelines.
Evaluate AI-generated responses using your personal Gmail history and activity.
Judge relevance, helpfulness, accuracy, and quality of personalization.
Compare alternative responses and select which gives the better user experience.
Flag unsupported assumptions, incorrect personalization, and irrelevant recommendations.
Provide objective, written evaluation feedback that follows project instructions and preserves privacy.
Requirements

Native-level fluency in German or Korean.
Comfortable reading and evaluating prompts and responses in English.
Active personal Gmail account used as a primary email with a well-established inbox and regular activity.

Ability to work independently from a desktop or laptop with reliable internet.
Willingness and ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality while reviewing email-context tasks.
