The Role

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Persian Language AI Quality Expert to improve the accuracy, fluency, naturalness, and cultural reliability of AI-generated Persian content. You will evaluate model responses across general knowledge, education, customer support, translation, localization, and culturally sensitive communication use cases.

Your reviews will consider meaning, tone, register, terminology, Persian script, right-to-left formatting, and logical consistency. You will also create high-quality examples and provide clear written feedback that helps improve model performance.

What You'll Do

You will combine advanced Persian language judgment with structured evaluation, content creation, comparison of model responses, and detailed quality feedback.

• Review AI-generated Persian text for grammar, spelling, fluency, accuracy, tone, cultural fit, and prompt adherence.
• Identify mistranslations, ambiguity, unnatural or overly literal phrasing, incorrect terminology, formatting problems, factual hallucinations, bias, unsafe content, and policy-risk language.
• Create prompts, gold-standard Persian answers, rewrites, and reference content demonstrating strong language and localization practices.
• Rate and rank multiple AI responses for correctness, meaning preservation, register, terminology, script handling, safety, and overall quality.
• Fact-check claims when needed and explain errors and recommended fixes precisely in writing.

Requirements

The role requires strong Persian language expertise, professional English communication, and the ability to assess subtle differences in meaning, style, cultural fit, and safety. It is identified as entry level, while the listed qualifications request at least three years of relevant language-focused experience.

• Native or near-native Persian or Farsi reading and writing proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of Persian grammar, spelling, punctuation, script, right-to-left formatting, ezafe, verb forms, word order, tone, and style.
• C1 or higher professional English proficiency for following guidelines and providing detailed written feedback.
• Ability to evaluate formal, conversational, Iranian Persian, Dari, Tajik-related, professional, educational, and public-facing varieties as project needs require.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in linguistics, Persian language or literature, English literature, communications, journalism, translation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years of experience in writing, editing, localization, translation, content quality assurance, journalism, education, or related language-focused work.

Helpful Background

Experience with AI data training or annotation, translation quality assurance, editorial quality assurance, localization quality assurance, or rubric-based evaluation is strongly preferred. Successful contributors are detail-oriented, self-directed, and able to explain subtle meaning shifts, register issues, culturally mismatched wording, and language interference clearly.
