About AI Training Work

AI training (data labeling / human feedback) is the human side of building AI: people prepare, review, and grade examples that models learn from. These roles are often 100% remote, flexible, and accessible — they let experts apply domain knowledge to improve model outputs.

This role focuses on evaluating AI-generated people operations and recruiting artifacts to ensure models produce useful, accurate, and well-presented work.

The Role

As a People Ops / Recruiting AI Evaluator you will review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks and grade them against clear domain rubrics. Your subject-matter expertise will identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation issues and produce structured written feedback to justify evaluation decisions.

This is a contract, part-time role intended for experienced recruiting or people-ops professionals who can reliably judge accuracy, rigor, and practical usability of HR-related deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated people operations and recruiting work products (documents, spreadsheets, slide decks).
• Assess accuracy, rigor, and presentation quality using provided domain rubrics and scoring criteria.
• Identify factual errors, tone or phrasing issues, aesthetic and formatting problems, and gaps in sourcing or logic.
• Write clear, structured feedback that explains evaluation decisions and supports model improvement.

Requirements

You must meet all hard requirements below; we do not invent or relax listed qualifications.

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in people operations or recruiting.
• Native or professional fluency in English (required).
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint, Slides, Word, and Sheets.
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks and record structured evaluation ratings.
• Advanced degree preferred for stronger domain depth (optional).
• Available for ~20+ hours per week on a contract, part-time basis. This role is open worldwide.

Compensation, Schedule, and Contract

This is a contract, part-time role paying by the hour. Pay range: USD $80–$120 per hour (PAY_PER_HOUR). The posted hourly rate ceiling is $120/hr; assignments and exact rate will depend on experience and project needs.

Expect to commit 20+ hours per week. Work is remote and open worldwide; you will record evaluation ratings and written feedback for each item reviewed.
