About AI Training Work

This role centers on evaluating text-based outputs from AI and giving clear, actionable judgments and feedback that improve downstream model performance in healthcare operations workflows.

The Role

As a Healthcare Operations AI Evaluator you will review AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks and judge them for accuracy, rigor, presentation, and domain relevance. Your assessments will follow domain-specific quality rubrics and be backed by concise written feedback.

You will apply your healthcare operations experience to determine whether outputs are correct, usable, and professionally presented for operational audiences.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated work products against domain-specific quality rubrics and scoring guidelines.
• Identify factual errors, omissions, formatting and presentation issues, and aesthetic problems.
• Write clear, structured feedback that explains ratings and suggests concrete improvements.
• Apply healthcare operations judgment to assess whether outputs are accurate, actionable, and fit for purpose.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare operations.
• Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills, especially Slides or PowerPoint.
• Comfort evaluating documents, spreadsheets, and presentations with domain judgment.
• Ability to grade work against rubrics and deliver concise, evidence-based written feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (master's or higher) from a reputable institution is a helpful background but not required.

Compensation & Time Commitment

This is a remote, contractor, part-time role. Expect to work 20+ hours per week.

Pay is hourly at a range of $80–$120 USD per hour (PAY_PER_HOUR). The position is open worldwide; English fluency is required.
