The Role

OpenTrain is hiring an Operations, Inventory, and Capacity Planning Evaluator to review AI-generated business documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will assess those artifacts against domain-specific rubrics and deliver clear, actionable feedback.

This is a contractor, part-time role that requires deep operational judgment, attention to detail, and strong written communication in English.

What You'll Do

Evaluate AI-generated work products using provided, domain-specific quality rubrics and scoring frameworks.

Review documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for factual accuracy, analytical rigor, and clarity of presentation.

• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation issues and annotate examples.
• Write structured, professional feedback that explains problems and suggests improvements.
• Apply expert judgment to complex scenarios in inventory, operations, and capacity planning.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the core qualifications below to ensure high-quality evaluations and reliable feedback.

• 5+ years of professional experience in operations, inventory, or capacity planning.
• Native or professional fluency in English for clear written feedback.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially PowerPoint/Slides and spreadsheets.
• Ability to apply expert judgment to evaluate complex documents and models.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated business documents, spreadsheets, or slide decks.

• Advanced degree (master’s or higher) in a relevant field from a reputable institution.
• Prior work providing formal reviews, peer feedback, or QA for analytical business artifacts.

Pay, Schedule & Logistics

This is a remote contractor role with a typical commitment of 20+ hours per week.

Pay is hourly: $80–$120 per hour (USD). OpenTrain hires and contracts directly for this engagement.
