What You’ll Do

• Review AI-generated legal support responses for accuracy, completeness, clarity, and prompt adherence
• Identify errors in legal terminology, procedural steps, document structure, issue spotting, and citation or authority handling
• Create expert paralegal content, including detailed prompts, document templates, checklists, research summaries, and drafting examples
• Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness, reasoning quality, formatting, and procedural usefulness
• Test AI outputs for misleading certainty, confidentiality risks, and bias across legal support use cases
• Conduct legal research on unfamiliar issues and prepare concise authority summaries
• Perform accurate legal drafting and revision under deadlines
• Complete careful cite-checking while maintaining confidentiality awareness and attention to detail

Requirements

Successful contributors should understand professional legal support workflows and be comfortable evaluating detailed written work. The role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field, with paralegal certification welcomed as an additional qualification.

• 4+ years of professional experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Strong command of intake, fact gathering, drafting, version control, and matter organization
• Proven legal research ability and experience summarizing cases, statutes, and regulations
• Familiarity with litigation processes or transactional workflows, depending on your area of experience
• C1 English proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality awareness
