You will create, solve, review, and validate challenging software-engineering tasks used to train AI systems. The work covers front-end and back-end systems, unfamiliar repositories, complex debugging, code translation, testing, and review of AI-generated patches.
You will work across interfaces, services, libraries, APIs, databases, and external dependencies. You will also assess whether proposed code is correct, complete, secure, and maintainable.
- Explore and understand unfamiliar open-source software repositories.
- Implement and debug front-end and back-end components.
- Trace data and program execution across connected systems and external dependencies.
- Reproduce software issues, identify their underlying causes, and implement fixes that fit existing architectures and contribution standards.
- Translate complete coding builds from one programming language into another.
- Write unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end tests.
- Review AI-generated patches for correctness, completeness, security, and maintainability.
