OpenTrain is the #1 platform for finding and building careers in AI training and data labeling. We connect clinical experts with meaningful remote projects where their work directly shapes how AI systems understand and communicate medical information.
Why AI training in healthcare matters
AI training (also called data labeling or human feedback) is the human side of building safer, more useful medical AI. Clinicians who contribute ensure accuracy, clarity, and empathy in the information patients and clinicians receive from chatbot tools. This is flexible, remote work that lets you apply clinical expertise to improve access to reliable medical guidance.
The role
OpenTrain AI is seeking experienced OBGYN doctors to help train a large language model (chatbot) specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. You will review, validate, and refine medical text so the model’s responses are accurate, accessible, and clinically sound for a broad audience.
Engagement type: Contractor, part-time
Data type: Text (medical content)
Label types: Evaluation/rating and prompt-response writing (SFT)
Time expectation: 20+ hours per week
Pay: USD $100 per hour
What you'll do
Work involves careful clinical review and improvement of AI-generated or draft responses, ensuring correctness, completeness, and appropriate tone for patients and clinicians. Tasks include evaluating model outputs, rewriting or expanding responses for clarity, and providing notes on clinical nuance or safety concerns.
Evaluate AI-generated answers for accuracy and appropriateness
Rewrite or refine responses to improve clarity and empathy
Provide brief clinician notes explaining key reasoning or safety caveats
Rate responses using structured evaluation rubrics and guidance
