About this role
OpenTrain is hiring an Electronics Simulation Engineer for hands-on AI training work centered on NgSpice circuit simulation. In this role, you will simulate electronic circuits, analyze the results for dataset use, document simulation parameters and findings, review outputs for accuracy, and flag anomalies or improvement opportunities. You will also translate technical simulation outcomes into clear feedback that supports AI model development and work with a remote, multidisciplinary team to keep simulations aligned with project requirements.

What You Will Do
- Simulate electronic circuits in NgSpice and analyze the resulting outputs for AI training datasets.
- Document simulation parameters, methodologies, and key findings with clear written communication.
- Review simulation results for accuracy and identify anomalies or areas for improvement.
- Translate technical outcomes into actionable feedback for AI model development.
- Communicate progress and discuss simulation challenges with a remote, multidisciplinary team.

Required Skills
- Basic proficiency with NgSpice and electronic circuit simulation concepts.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
