• Required experience: Current or former military weapons systems operator experience.
• Operational background: Hands-on experience in air defense, missile operations, naval combat systems, or tactical aviation.
• Knowledge: Weapons employment, tactical decision-making, military operational procedures, Rules of Engagement, and the Law of Armed Conflict.
• Writing: Clear technical and military writing skills.
• Helpful experience: Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, NASAMS, or comparable weapons platforms; operational deployments, live-fire work, or weapons instruction.
