What You'll Do
You will design realistic marketing tasks that test whether an AI agent can reason through practical business situations. Each task should include the context, data, instructions, and evaluation standards needed to distinguish a genuinely strong answer from one that is merely well written.
Write scoring rubrics for factual accuracy, brand fit, and data-supported conclusions.
Set up task environments with campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
Solve each task yourself to confirm that the scenario is realistic and the rubric reflects genuine marketing judgment.
Calibrate difficulty by changing data complexity, guideline specificity, or attribution ambiguity.
Review and correct AI-drafted task prompts or rubrics when provided.
Required Skills and Experience
This role calls for a marketing professional who can evaluate more than writing quality. You should be able to determine whether claims are factually supported, whether conclusions follow from the underlying data, and whether a piece of work fits a defined brand.
Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related marketing function.
Ability to verify factual accuracy in marketing claims and confirm that conclusions follow from underlying data.
Strong brand judgment, including the ability to assess whether a draft is on-brand and explain why using specific, checkable criteria.
Comfort working with campaign performance data, attribution reports, and competitive positioning documents.
Ability to define precise correctness criteria for marketing outputs beyond good writing.
Helpful Background
The following experience is helpful for creating realistic enterprise and international marketing scenarios, but it is not listed as required.
Experience in B2B, enterprise, or European market-focused marketing roles.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
Background working with international or EMEA-headquartered brands based in the Netherlands.
