The Role
OpenTrain AI is seeking a Marketing Task Author to design and author expert training tasks that teach and evaluate advanced AI agents on realistic enterprise marketing work. You will create scenarios involving campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs, then define precise standards for assessing AI-generated results.

What You'll Do
Author realistic marketing task prompts, including on-brand announcement drafts, competitive comparison documents, and campaign attribution analysis.
Write scoring rubrics covering factual accuracy, brand fit, and data support.
Set up task environments using campaign data, brand guidelines, competitive intelligence, and analytics outputs.
Solve each task yourself to verify that the scenario is realistic and the rubric reflects genuine marketing judgment.
Calibrate task difficulty by adjusting data complexity and attribution ambiguity.
Review and correct AI-drafted prompts and rubrics when needed.
Required Qualifications
You should be able to assess marketing work against specific, defensible criteria—not just whether it sounds polished. The role requires practical experience with marketing content, performance data, positioning, and brand standards.
Hands-on experience in demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, or a closely related marketing function.
Ability to verify factual accuracy in marketing claims and confirm that conclusions follow from underlying data.
Strong brand judgment, including the ability to assess whether a draft is on-brand and explain why using specific criteria.
Comfort working with campaign performance data, attribution reports, and competitive positioning documents.
Ability to define precise correctness criteria for marketing outputs beyond good writing.
Helpful Background
Experience in B2B, enterprise, or APAC-focused marketing contexts, including Southeast Asian markets.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar marketing analytics platforms.
Experience working with multinational brands or regional headquarters in Singapore.
